Computer Science and Medical Engineering program was established in the year 2021 with
an intake of 60 students. It is a new emerging concept that is related to the applications of
computer science in the medical engineering field. This course is dedicated to provide a
research-based environment in the field of Computer Science and Medical Engineering. Our
curriculum enables the graduate to become an expert in these two complementary disciplines
that organizations seek globally. Healthcare is one of the most sought-after research areas
after the emergence of emergency situations like Covid19.
Worldwide, a major part of the research has been to provide an affordable healthcare
system that can help even poor people with the minimum amount of time and maximum
reliability of results. Our curriculum is in line with the industry needs so that the students can
get real-life experience while being in the university for their graduate program. This Course
also provides insight into the latest technology in computer science such as Machine
Learning, Cloud Computing, and Robotics along with the subjects of medical engineering
such as Neuro-mechanics and Psychophysiology, Computer Vision for Medicine. The
students will gain cross-disciplinary skills across fields such as statistics, computer science,
and medical engineering through this Course. These engineers will have career opportunities
in the R & D sector of Healthcare, Business, e-commerce, Social Networking, Climatology,
Biotechnology, Genetics, and any field that involves data.
