“GET SET GO”, program on personality development conducted at Faculty of
Engineering and Technology (F.E.A.T)
A Three days’ personality development program “Get set go”, was conducted at Faculty of
Engineering and Technology (F.E.A.T) by Centre for Career Enhancement (Industry Institute
Initiatives and Placement Cell) of DMIMS –DU.
Ms. Jaineeta Pamnani, a Personality development trainer and Coach from Innovinc- services
took the session for the students. She motivated the students immensely through her talk. She
elaborated on how perception defines our attitude and advised the students to look for their
habits which distance them from their goals. She emphasized on the fact that discipline and self
audit will help them to become an engineer of repute. She urged the students to develop a habit
of adoring the books which will help them immensely in their cultivation of knowledge. She
exhorted the students to participate in the activities and Inculcated activity based learning for the
students.
The workshop was attended by the first year students of Faculty of Engineering and Technology
(F.E.A.T). The valedictory function was attended by Prof. (Dr). KTV Reddy, Dean F.E.A.T, Mr.
Anindya Bhanja additional Director – International Initiatives, Dr. Meena Iyer. Senior
Consultant DMIMS-DU, Dr. Roopesh Rao, Centre for Career Enhancement, DMIMS-DU.
Prof. (Dr). KTV Reddy, Dean F.E.A.T gave the vote of thanks and appreciated the Trainer and
the students for three days of participation and enthusiasm. He inculcated that every month more
such programs should be done for the students. Overall, the program had excellent response and
added to the motto of continuous improvement of students of F.E.A.T
